How&nbsp; do&nbsp; we&nbsp; process&nbsp; the&nbsp; information&nbsp; around&nbsp; us&nbsp; and&nbsp; what&nbsp;&nbsp; effect&nbsp; does&nbsp; this&nbsp; information&nbsp; have&nbsp; on&nbsp; us ? In&nbsp; our&nbsp; addiction, where we&nbsp; influenced&nbsp; by&nbsp; the&nbsp; people&nbsp; around&nbsp; us&nbsp; which&nbsp; led&nbsp; to us&nbsp; making&nbsp; poor&nbsp; choices?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal Values<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We&nbsp; were&nbsp; the&nbsp; villain&nbsp; in&nbsp; our&nbsp; lives&nbsp; influenced&nbsp; by&nbsp; the&nbsp; thinking&nbsp; and&nbsp; behaviour&nbsp; of&nbsp; other&nbsp; villains. This&nbsp; is&nbsp; not&nbsp; an&nbsp; uncommon&nbsp; phenomenon, the&nbsp; theory&nbsp; has&nbsp; been&nbsp; tested&nbsp; again&nbsp; and&nbsp; again&nbsp; in&nbsp; such&nbsp; things&nbsp; as&nbsp; the&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=milgram+experiment&amp;oq=milgram+experiment&amp;aqs=chrome..69i57j0l5.8588j0j9&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Milgram&nbsp; experiment<\/a>&nbsp; and&nbsp; the&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/encyclopedia.ushmm.org\/content\/en\/article\/the-nuremberg-trials\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nuremberg&nbsp; Trials<\/a>&nbsp; and&nbsp; in&nbsp; South&nbsp; Africa&nbsp; with&nbsp; the&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Truth_and_Reconciliation_Commission_(South_Africa)\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Truth&nbsp; and&nbsp; Reconciliation&nbsp; Commission<\/a> &ndash; it&nbsp; is&nbsp; human&nbsp; nature&nbsp; to&nbsp; be&nbsp; influenced&nbsp; by&nbsp; those&nbsp; around&nbsp; us.&nbsp; Not&nbsp; many&nbsp; of&nbsp; us&nbsp; have&nbsp; the&nbsp; courage&nbsp; to&nbsp; stand&nbsp; up&nbsp; in&nbsp; the&nbsp; face&nbsp; of&nbsp; tyranny&nbsp; and&nbsp; to&nbsp; those&nbsp; around&nbsp; us, even&nbsp; though&nbsp; sometimes&nbsp; we&nbsp; are&nbsp; aware&nbsp; that&nbsp; what we&nbsp; are&nbsp; doing&nbsp; is&nbsp; wrong&nbsp; or&nbsp; that&nbsp; it&nbsp; goes&nbsp; against&nbsp; our&nbsp; personal&nbsp; value&nbsp; systems&nbsp; and&nbsp; code&nbsp; of&nbsp; ethics.&nbsp; Few&nbsp; people&nbsp; have&nbsp; the&nbsp; courage&nbsp; to&nbsp; be&nbsp; a&nbsp; hero &ndash; to&nbsp; be&nbsp; &ldquo;The&nbsp; Tank&nbsp; Man&rdquo;&nbsp; of&nbsp;&nbsp; the Tienanmen&nbsp; Square&nbsp; protests&nbsp; of&nbsp; 1989. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just&nbsp; because&nbsp; we&nbsp;\nget&nbsp; clean&nbsp; and&nbsp;\nsober &ndash; does&nbsp; our&nbsp; behaviour&nbsp;\nchange ?
