About Our Out Patient Program<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At Crossroads\nRecovery Centres we understand that commitment to a Primary Care facility can\nbe difficult to arrange around other commitments. That’s why we offer the\noption for anyone who does not require clinical treatment, the chance to still\ngain support from our services within our 12 Step Outpatient Program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Outpatient\nProgram can be greatly beneficial for individuals with a substance abuse\nproblem, who are serious about getting sober. It allows the freedom to continue\nworking and caring for family while in recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outpatient\ntreatment do much more than require the addicted individual to simply show up\nand passively receive services. Instead, outpatient programs attempt to look\nclosely at the individual’s entire life, and how the addiction can be managed\nin a holistic way. In other words, while an inpatient program might focus on\nhelping an individual move past an addiction-related crisis, an outpatient\nprogram is designed to help an individual put his or her life together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Outpatient day\nprogram have the highest level of care and structure provided within an\noutpatient setting. In a day program, clients commit to meeting 5 days per week\nat our facility. During this time, patients will participate in ongoing therapy<\/a>, group counseling, bio-feedback<\/a>, and other adjunct\ntherapies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patients may return\nhome after each session, either to their families or a sober living home<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Intensive\noutpatient program establish a treatment plan with defined, measurable\nmilestones in place to indicate progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The OP is a good\noption for those serious about abstaining from drugs and alcohol, but still\nneed to be able to work and perform daily responsibilities. An OP may require\nconducting multiple sessions for a few hours each week, counseling sessions,\ngroup therapy, relapse prevention education<\/a>, and attendance in\na 12-step<\/a> or similar recovery\nsupport group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuing care\ngroups such as Alcoholics Anonymous<\/a> or Narcotics Anonymous<\/a> are ongoing support\nresources to help an individual solidify their commitment to sobriety. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our program runs for 28 Days, and we deliver a range of group-based\nTherapy programs, an introduction to the 12 Steps, and one on one counselling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
